I was lying there this morning and I suddenly realized that I could get away with not eating at all until Thursday night. Well I have already eaten a bit today (banana milk, 5 licorice pieces and some yogurt raisins) but I dont have to eat at all now if I don't want to.
What i mean is that to hide my problems I usually have some dinner so my boyfriend who lives with me and my mum and dad whose house we live at don't notice. but my boyfriend is away til monday and my mum is still away in France until Weds night. So my dad is still around but he wont check on me.
I dont wanna eat any more today, tomorrow, I plan to go out for a run (about and hour) and I'm gunna avoid my dad so he wont realize if i've eaten or not.
Monday I'm gunna be home alone all day and then my boyfriend will be in and prob want dinner but I can prob get away with telling him i've been eating all day so im not hungry! haha!
And Tuesday and Wednesday i work from 8am to 9am so the whole day and I never have dinner when I get in on those days as "its too late to eat". And I will probably work out in my lunch breaks.
Thursday however will be a different story as my mum will be back from France and it is her B'day so we are going out for something to eat (damn!)
This is just what I need however as I have been eating way to much recently! I hope that if I can go until Thursday with barely eating a thing that I can undo the bad two weeks I've just had!

Today is February the first and this is where I am embarking on my new fitness plan! I have designed an exercise program for the next three month and I have all the diet and recipes that I am going to stick to along with the rule as to what I will and will not be eating. This is going to be fairly tough as I am going to be really strict but I know if I can focus on the results then it will be worth it.
Daily calorie amount for February = 1200 to 1400 max
Daily exercise expenditure = 500 cals/day

So I have my new plan all set up, I have been reserching over the course of this week and now I fully understand what I am doing.
I really wanna look good when we go to France for my birthday so I have devised an eating and exercise plan to progressively loose weight every week...I have worked out that if I work out everyday and burn a minimum of 500cals per day and cut some cals from my daily intake so I'm only eating 1200-1400cals per day then I can loose a minimum of 2lbs a wk which means that by my birthday I could weigh 106lbs (7st8lbs). And look and feel fantastic for my birthday and my holiday. Its great cos this is gunna be hard work which means I will geta well deserved rest at the end of it all! Then its just maintenance!
